Thank you for visiting my website.  My name is Tomekia Hunt and I am a military spouse, mother of two handsome boys, and homeowner; I know the importance of having the best Mortgage Loan Officer on my side! I want to be that Loan Officer for YOU!  I specialize in home purchases and refinances for the state of Texas and Arkansas.  Being a military spouse I also specialize in helping military families. 

Providing mortgage services is something that I find very rewarding. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I am able to help a family accomplish their goal of home ownership. My formal education was completed at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock where I received a BA in Business Finance in May 1999. My background in Financial planning and property management has given me additional tools to provide a full range of expertise to my clients.

I went on to complete Arkansas School of Real Estate in July 1999, which gives me a full understanding of the real estate transaction and just makes the entire transaction that much easier for my clients. I also have four years of experience in residential and commercial property management which allows me to coach my clients when deciding to rent their property or to purchase investment property.

Providing budget and savings advice is something that I do whenever the opportunity presents itself. I have held many licenses in the Financial Planning arena to include Series 6, 63, and 65, along with Life and Health Insurance as well. As a financial advisor for five years I succeeded at helping many families structure sound financial plans to help secure their future. I use those practices daily in my mortgage business, by providing budget and savings advice whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I feel very blessed to assist families and help them to understand and feel confident throughout their personal mortgage process.
